Paspaliara – Spinach, Fetta and Polenta Pie

A traditional pie from northern Greece with a crispy base & crust of fine polenta, filled with spinach, fetta, spring onions & dill.

Spinach, Fetta Cheese*, Spring Onions, Eggs, Polenta, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Water, Rice, Dill, Butter, Salt.
